THE PIANIST OF THE UNIVERSE Is there sound in the universe? The sound of a star being born. The sound of a star fading away. The sound of galaxies turning. And the sound of time itself flowing across hundreds of millions of years... This work depicts a pianist dressed in red, sitting alone at a piano in the endless expanse of the universe. The piano before him appears strangely distorted. Was it broken somewhere during a long journey through space? Or has the immense gravity of a distant star warped the piano together with the very fabric of space itself? There is no answer. And yet, he continues to play. Before him, there is no horizon. There is no audience. There is only the deep blue universe, blazing celestial bodies, and an enormous glowing moon. Each note he plays becomes light. The light becomes a spiral. The spiral becomes a galaxy. And his music travels farther and farther into the darkness of the universe. Perhaps the stars we see when we look up at the night sky are themselves the lingering traces of music played by someone, somewhere in the universe, a very long time ago. Broken or distorted, he continues to play. Not for an audience. Not for applause. He plays as though he is carving the proof of his existence into the universe itself. Even today, the pianist in red continues to strike the keys in some unknown corner of the cosmos. When did his music begin? And when will it end? Only the universe knows. About Limited Editions
This is a Limited Edition produced in only 100 pieces worldwide. Each piece carries a unique edition number, with authenticity proven both digitally and physically.
Each print carries a unique NFC tag. Its tamper-evident structure breaks if removed, so it cannot be transferred to another work.
Artwork details, edition number, and ownership history are recorded on the blockchain, preserving provenance and ownership over the long term.
A certificate bearing the artist's signature is included. Along with the print itself, it leaves you with proof of authentic ownership.
Unlike traditional proof that relies on a handwritten signature alone, linking a physical NFC tag with a digital certification record delivers tamper-proof, far more reliable proof of authenticity.
Authenticity is certified using "Startrail," a blockchain certification platform operated by Startbahn, Inc.
