Returns & exchanges
Each item is made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. If your item arrives damaged, soiled, or with a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund your order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no charge before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations can no longer be accepted.

Payment timing & billing cycle
The first charge occurs at sign-up. Thereafter the plan renews and is charged automatically on the same day each month (monthly plan) or each year (annual plan) — i.e. it auto-renews.
Provision of service
Immediately upon successful payment, the plan's benefits (reward rate, number of curator links, discounted purchases, etc.) are granted.
Cancellation & stopping auto-renewal
You may cancel anytime from "Cancel" in the affiliate dashboard or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (the current month for monthly plans, the current year for annual plans); benefits remain available until then. No refund is given for the remainder of the period upon mid-term cancellation.
Free trial
A 14-day free trial (Pro-equivalent) is granted at registration. Unless a valid payment method is registered, no charge occurs and the account automatically moves to the free plan after 14 days. Only if you wish to continue do you move to a paid plan by registering a card.
