I photograph quiet and fleeting landscapes hidden within the scenery of Japan. Coastlines, mountains, rivers, towns, forgotten roads, and distant horizons. As I travel, I search for the flow of time and light that exists in each place, and for the beauty found within unassuming, everyday landscapes. It is not only about what the eye can see — but about capturing the silence and lingering resonance that a place holds. With that intention, I create each photograph as a work of art.
