Shipping & delivery
Dispatch
- Every PosterCircus print is made to order, one at a time, after your order is placed.
- Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Japan time) are prepared for dispatch the same day; orders placed after that, the next day. Because the number of prints we can ship each day is limited, the dispatch date may move later on busy days. The confirmed dispatch date is shown on each artwork page and in your order confirmation email.
- If you choose a frame that needs to be ordered in (such as the Japanese birch frame), the period shown on the artwork page (about 1–4 weeks) is added.
- Delivery usually takes from the day after dispatch to several days, depending on the destination and the carrier. Every order ships with a tracking number.
Shipping within Japan
The shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout from the size, frame, number of items and destination.
Orders of 2 or more items ship free within Japan.

We combine multiple items into one shipment wherever possible. Because the parcel size depends on the combination of items and frames, please check the exact fee at checkout.
International shipping
We ship to 123 countries and regions with Japan Post. You can choose your destination at checkout.
Shipping is charged at Japan Post's rates (actual cost), based on the parcel weight and the destination. Unframed A5 and A4 prints (up to 2 kg in total) ship by International Air Packet; everything else ships by EMS. There is no free shipping for international orders.

International orders are priced without Japanese consumption tax (10%). For orders to the United States, import duty is included in the order total (shown as “US import duty”). In other countries and regions, local taxes (such as VAT or GST) and customs fees may be charged on delivery.
Delivery address
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete address or an unknown recipient, the cost of re-delivery is borne by the customer (Terms of Service, Article 7).
