Rochi Lana — Banana Split Art

Rochi Lana is an Argentine illustrator and visual artist born in 1990 and based in Buenos Aires. She develops her work under the artistic identity Banana Split. Her practice sits between the narrative and the symbolic, combining figurative elements, bold forms, playful compositions, and mixed-media techniques, primarily acrylic and oil pastel on canvas. Her work explores emotions and everyday scenes through an intimate and nostalgic perspective, with subtle humor appearing in recurring objects, animals, patterns, nature, and culinary imagery. She has participated in a group exhibition in Buenos Aires, and her work circulates through galleries, stores, platforms, and national and international licensing collaborations.
