I graduated from the Faculty of Literature at Bunkyo University in 2003, and from 2004 I studied under Makoto Ooneda. My specialty is oil painting — smooth and delicate brushwork that weaves fantastical, narrative elements into realism. In October 2010, I exhibited in the Qualia Ginza Gallery's selected works exhibition "JAPAN ART Today — What Should Be Left for the Future." In September 2014, I participated in the two-person show "Makoto Ooneda & Sayaka Tashiro" at Gallery K in Kyoto. I have shown my work at numerous prestigious department store art galleries, including the Kintetsu main store at Abeno Harukas, as well as at the Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel, among many other venues. Since 2023, I have also been exploring a new series with a fresh worldview — one filled with pop colors and quirky, fun characters. In January 2025, I was selected as one of the 100 artists in TRiCERA's "100nin10 2024/25" showcase.
