Sophia Sky

Based just outside of Brighton on England's south coast, I paint from my home studio, where much of my inspiration comes from the landscapes, coast and countryside around me. My work is inspired by the places I explore, the music I listen to and the beauty found in everyday life. From rolling countryside to still lifes, florals and musical instruments, I enjoy creating artwork that feels optimistic, colourful and full of character. Working primarily with acrylic and gouache, I build layers of bold colour and painterly texture to create expressive pieces with character.
