I create and sell figurative paintings focused on landscapes, as well as impressionistic works that reflect what I feel in my heart. Born in Aomori City in 1941. 1988: Exhibited the 108-tatami-mat outdoor painting "Jomon Meidou" at Goura Park as part of the Seikan Expo event. 1990: Grand Prize at the Japan Selected Art Exhibition for "Adachigahara." Same year: Kojyu Prize at the Dai-Nippon Heisei Exhibition for "Gunki." 2007: Produced and presented Aomori 108 Views (108 works, size 50). 2017: Produced and presented Tohoku 42 Views (42 works, size 50). Numerous solo exhibitions. Unaffiliated.
