To enclose is not to confine. As form takes shape on the outside, the stillness within becomes visible. GESTURE 03 — Enclose is a work centered on enclosed space and the ma (negative space; the meaningful void left within) that remains inside it. More than the form itself, this is a piece for feeling the silence that is born within. SERIES — GESTURE A gesture remains. Silence follows. GESTURE is a series that traces the impression a single movement leaves in space. Rise. Sweep. Enclose. Fall. Press. Part. Lift. Pull. Scatter. And let go. Each work does not describe the movement itself, but holds onto the air and stillness that linger after the movement has passed. More than what is drawn, it is the undrawn space that makes the work. A fleeting Gesture, and the Silence that follows. Across all ten works, this series expresses Light. Air. Silence. — the values at the heart of KINARI — through the language of physical movement. ABOUT KINARI KINARI Light. Air. Silence. KINARI is a minimal art brand that depicts light, air, stillness, and the quiet presence of time. Not only what to draw — but what to leave undrawn.
