"Eternal Waltz" Silence settles like snowfall — through the cracks of crumbling walls Moonlight, like a silver breath, wraps itself around her The applause of long ago is nothing now but the whisper of wind On the worn and hardened floor, the imprint of memory that will not fade Poised at the boundary between this world and the beyond, With the trembling of a single fingertip, she dances into eternity "Not yet. Not over." That one step sinks into the depths of night, While only the melody of her soul wanders on through the decaying mansion ◈ Artist's Note Before I began this piece, I held a photograph-based image in my mind. In it, moonlight filtering through a window falls silently onto the floor of an old manor house, and at the center stands the silhouette of a single ballerina. Her feet are barely in motion — as though she exists suspended in a fragment of time and space, on the very verge of beginning to dance. For the color palette, I worked toward an overall cool, bluish tone. When rendering the moonlight in particular, I applied a treatment that suggests the feeling of a thin, transparent blue filter — an effect meant to evoke "moonlight like a silver breath," as written in the poem. The image as a whole is kept dark, with adjustments made so that only the areas of light are drawn forward. The walls and floor in the background carry a weathered texture. Beyond what the original photograph already offered, I pulled down the contrast and softly diffused the light reflections in order to recreate the poem's imagery of "the worn and hardened floor" and "the cracks of crumbling walls." The floor in particular is treated as a kind of imprint of memory, so I added a faint grain and noise to make it feel more present — more real. For the figure's silhouette, I combined subtle motion blur with soft light reflections to heighten the sense of continuous movement. While the ballerina appears entirely still, I wanted to introduce just a hint of blur and gentle shake to suggest motion — in keeping with the poem's spirit: "with the trembling of a single fingertip, she dances into eternity." At the heart of this work lies a strong awareness of "the boundary between what is seen and what is not." I thought of moonlight — a natural source of illumination — as something inseparable from memory and emotion. That is why I was deliberate in crafting textures and movements that feel like reaching out to touch the light. The line "only the melody of her soul wanders on through the decaying mansion" also points to the presence of the unseen within this piece. The space I want to leave for the viewer is not at the end of a story, but in the moment of pausing in place — I hope they find room to connect what they see with their own memories and lived experiences. When the poem and the image are seen together, my wish is that by reading elements such as "silence," "moonlight," and "a figure dancing," each person finds they can interpret the work through the lens of their own understanding. ◈ Edition This work is a limited-edition giclée print from the Mystique In Enigma series. ◈ Keywords Fine Art Print / Giclée Print / Silhouette / Blue Light / Memory / Shadow / Misty Room / Digital Art / Atmospheric / Dark Aesthetic / Ballet Figure / Limited Edition

About Limited Editions
This is a Limited Edition produced in only 1 pieces worldwide. Each piece carries a unique edition number, with authenticity proven both digitally and physically.

Each print carries a unique NFC tag. Its tamper-evident structure breaks if removed, so it cannot be transferred to another work.

Artwork details, edition number, and ownership history are recorded on the blockchain, preserving provenance and ownership over the long term.

A certificate bearing the artist's signature is included. Along with the print itself, it leaves you with proof of authentic ownership.
Unlike traditional proof that relies on a handwritten signature alone, linking a physical NFC tag with a digital certification record delivers tamper-proof, far more reliable proof of authenticity.
Authenticity is certified using "Startrail," a blockchain certification platform operated by Startbahn, Inc.
