"A Shadow on the Wall" A shadow cast on a blue-glowing wall walks on, without a sound As if pressing each step into the threshold between the world's ending and its beginning — those footprints, still unvanished Inside an empty chest, a wind of memories keeps blowing "To the one I loved…" even those words fade away without a sound In this light, quietly walking on…… The footprints of a soul never measure eternity ◈ Artist's Note I was drawn to the silhouette of a shadow. Even with the figure's outline blurred, I wanted its presence to come through — so I focused solely on a fragment of the face and the movement of the body. The background light was tuned to a blue-tinged green, evoking the cold, impersonal feel of a city at night. The text floating in the frame is no accident; I thought of it as interior language — her memories and feelings made visible. To preserve a cool, faintly decadent atmosphere, I unified the palette in blue and green tones. I kept the light deliberately restrained, emphasizing only the "visible" portion of the shadow as it falls on the wall, while the background text was softened and blurred until it visually dissolves. Starting from photographic material, I layered in noise and glitch to produce a slightly fractured texture — something that felt right for the way memory distorts over time. Even when the text reads like an afterimage of the phrase "To the one I loved…", the poem lets even that sound fall silent, sealing her inner world inside the image. The shadow in motion was drawn with the intention of being read as someone's footprints. Those footprints carry the poem's sense of pressing into the boundary between an ending and a beginning — and within them, the idea that a soul's trace never measures eternity. This shadow, walking quietly through the light, holds open a space where each viewer's own memories and experiences can find their own meaning. Throughout the making of this piece, I worked with a feeling of the city night and a solitary heart layered over one another. Rather than fixing the work's meaning in place, I let my adjustments follow the expression that grew from my own emotions. As for the relationship between image and poem — I kept the sense that each stands alone, yet the two are bound together in quiet conversation. ◈ Edition This work is a limited-edition giclée print from the Mystique In Enigma series. ◈ Keywords Digital Art / Silhouette / Mist / Memory / Blue Light / Urban Night / Giclée Print / Atmospheric / Digital Processing / Shadow / Text Overlay / Emotional Expression

About Limited Editions
This is a Limited Edition produced in only 1 pieces worldwide. Each piece carries a unique edition number, with authenticity proven both digitally and physically.

Each print carries a unique NFC tag. Its tamper-evident structure breaks if removed, so it cannot be transferred to another work.

Artwork details, edition number, and ownership history are recorded on the blockchain, preserving provenance and ownership over the long term.

A certificate bearing the artist's signature is included. Along with the print itself, it leaves you with proof of authentic ownership.
Unlike traditional proof that relies on a handwritten signature alone, linking a physical NFC tag with a digital certification record delivers tamper-proof, far more reliable proof of authenticity.
Authenticity is certified using "Startrail," a blockchain certification platform operated by Startbahn, Inc.
